Applications for 2008/2009:

To apply to the MAP-tele programme, prospective students should prepare:

• an application letter (in english) detailing, in a succinct but clear way, their academic and professional background as well as their motivations and objectives for pursuing PhD studies in Telecommunications;
• a detailed curriculum vitae with transcripts of grades;
• three recommendation letters.

The curriculum vitae must be appendd with a clear description of the grades system in your country, as well as an explanation on how to convert your grades into a 0-100% scale.

Fluency in written and spoken English, preferably certified by a TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge Proficiency examination, is an admission criterion.

Applications must be submitted during one of the following two time periods:

• Phase 1: From May 2 to May 30, 2008
• Phase 2: From August 1 to August 29, 2008

Prospective students may also apply for a grant. This should be clearly stated in the application letter.
