The 2010/11 edition of the MAP-fis doctoral programme is hosted by the University of Aveiro (UA). Applications and registrations are handled by MAP-fis and UA.

Classes will take place during the first semester (from 18-10-2010 until Christmas) at the Physics Department, located in Campus de Santiago, Aveiro.

2010/11 Admission dates:

Applications are open in 2010 until 18 September, with two selection phases:

• 1st selection phase (recommended)

Applications are due from 1 April to 9 July 2010.

Selection expected by July 16th.

• 2nd selection phase

Applications are due from 1 to 17 September 2010.

Selection expected by September 30th.

The formal inscription in the programme must be done until October 6th in the University of Aveiro (Secção de Pós-Graduação).
